Refund & Cancellation Policy

Hotel Bhavya is committed to a fair and transparent refund and cancellation policy. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate our guests as reasonably as possible. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after payment has been received and a confirmation message has been sent via phone, WhatsApp, or email by Hotel Bhavya staff. Verbal inquiries or form submissions without payment do not constitute a confirmed booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made 7 or more days before check-in date:
  • Full refund of the amount paid, minus any applicable payment gateway charges
  • Refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days
Cancellation made between 3 to 6 days before check-in date:
  • 50% refund of the total booking amount
  • Refund will be processed within 7 working days
Cancellation made within 48 hours of check-in date:
  • No refund will be provided
  • The full booking amount will be retained by the hotel
No-Show Policy:
  • If a guest does not arrive on the check-in date without prior notification, the booking will be treated as a no-show
  • No refund will be applicable for no-show bookings

3. Special Packages and Offers

Bookings made under special packages such as the Mahakal Darshan Package, Early Bird Discount, and Family Room Special Package may have separate cancellation terms. The specific terms for each package are clearly mentioned at the time of booking. Please confirm the cancellation terms before booking any special package.

4. How to Cancel a Booking

To cancel a booking, please contact us through any of the following methods:

  • Phone: Call us at +91 92036 77710
  • WhatsApp: Send a message to +91 92036 77710 with your booking details and cancellation request
  • Email: Send an email to Hotelbhavyaujjain@gmail.com with your name, booking date, and reason for cancellation

Please mention your full name, check-in date, room type, and booking reference number (if available) in your cancellation request.

5. Refund Process

All approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of booking. Hotel Bhavya is not responsible for any delays caused by the payment gateway or banking institution. The typical refund processing time is 5 to 10 working days after the cancellation is confirmed.

6. Changes to Booking Dates

Guests may request a change of booking dates subject to room availability. Date changes requested 3 or more days before the original check-in date will be accommodated without any additional charge, subject to availability. Date changes requested within 48 hours of check-in are treated as cancellations and the standard cancellation policy applies.
